As far as I could work out, no MAME machine setups (or their corresponding
roms) actually made use of the SAA1099 emulation in MAME.  I'll approach the
MAME boys just as soon as I've GPLd SAASound, or whatever I choose to do.
My current license is a bit too crap, let's face it, and was basically
knocked up in an afternoon.

If your one is better, you could offer it to MAME team.
