Press the '9' on your keypad (the emulator version of the SAM's F9 key) to
boot from the disk.

Most of the old Spectrum BASIC syntax can be used, but the most interesting
commands are of course the new SAM-specific ones.  Of course you've got to
type them out in full now, but recognised keywords are still tokenised on
input.

Have you got hold of a _real_ SAM then?  If it's come with the standard User
Manual, that should get you up to speed on general use pretty quickly...
