Dean, not meaning to put you off but I'm already compiling a library of Coupé software and have been doing so for a few months now - I have a massive list of authors that I have been contacting (with more to go) and have got permission to distribute a number of items of software, although some authors have attached conditions to this (for example, a number of the Persona back catalogue will soon be available again for £2.50 and £1.50, with proceeds going to charity). If you check back issues of SAM Community and (I think) the website, you'll also see that there are plans to produce a CD with items that I have gotton permission to freely distribute. To be honest there are a few people you will piss off if you just dump a lot of stuff on the net. I know you would take it down if someone complained but that's not the point and as someone once said, once you put something on the net, it never really goes away - it's always in distribution. Just as a suggestion, don't you think it would be better if we worked together on the library instead of duplicating our efforts. Entirely up to you mate but it would seem more sensible to me! Mail me off the list if you want to have a bit of a discussion on it and find out at what stage I'm at with this.
