No, you're right, a lot of mags do seem to have dodgy marking systems. YS was quite fair if I remember rightly, and if you read Amiga Power (a few of whom came from YS) in its final year or so you'll know they were very harsh on games, not giving many over 70%. > In my country worse games get 70%, not 90%.
