So I'd found a company that makes keyboard membranes and send them a Sam membrane to look at... The company has given me a cost statement and sadly I think its too expensive. 100 Sam membranes would cost about 8 Pounds each, but because it's the first run they have to adjust their machines etc. which costs about 800 Pounds as a one time fee... In the end each membrane (at least the first 100) would cost about 17 Pounds... I don't think I can sell 100 membranes, I'll see if I can find a cheaper factory but don't get your hopes up...
