I get information that CMS is present on GameBlaster and SoundBlaster 1.0.
In addition it can be added to SoundBlaster 1.5 and 2.0.
If your card is named xyz CMS (where xyz is something), you have CMS too.

If your SoundBlaster doesn't name CMS there's no CMS onboard.
It was formerly used by Creative instead of OPL2 (AdLib) chip.
I'm not sure if there can be both AdLib and CMS in a single card, but I
think it can't live together.
