As far as customerservice goes, I don't think you can say that one is better or worse than the other.
So basically you have the choice between those two companies...

NevDepending on your time of arrival a train would be cheaper.
Taxi's are always present at Schiphol but extremely costly, a train runs
from underneath Schiphol right into the centre of Amsterdam, you could
take a taxi from the station to your hotel.
