If you can find a copy of TeleDisk and a TD0 image file from NVG then that will write the formatting as well as the data, you can then drop the required image onto that disc. I used to use a blank disc image and TeleDisk for creating sam formatted discs when, ahem, at work but the poblem with TeleDisk is that it it rarely works on any PC's of Pentium class and above due to hardware incompatibilites. You could try this - an Atari ST disk image manipulator called MakeDisk V1.5 (http://perso.libertysurf.fr/charmed/atari/makedisk_v15.zip) can write and format non-standard disc sizes so you could use it to create a blank image of 80 tracks, 10 sectors and 2 sides and then use it again to write that blank image to a floppy. I'm sat on an NT box which doesn't like MakeDisk too much so I can't test it at the mo - I'll try it at home tonight if I get time. Dan.
