SimCoupé doesn't have any tape support at present - it's also very low on the to-do list too, considering how little tape software there is! The TZX file could be loaded into Spectrum emulator, and either written to a +D format disk, or dumped as a block of data for importing into SimCoupé? (Import on the file menu).
