The only full-disk demos I'm currently aware of are The Lyra 3 by ESI and the Juggler by Codigo. Both of them use the perfectly standard 2x80x10x512 format. Most "recent" games use their own formats. ISTR some old sam-users discussion about Legend Of Eschan, whose structure sounded quite imaginative.
