Hi all,
I wrote this mainly for my own use, but in case anyone else would find
it useful I've put it up for download:
http://www.intensity.org.uk/samcoupe/pyz80.html
COMET's a great program, but recently I've been spoiled by exposure to
luxuries like scrollbars, and drag'n'drop. So this is a
Mac/Unix/Windows hosted z80 cross-assembler designed for use with
SimCoupe.
It takes as input a text file containing COMET-syntax source (Cookie
wrote a comet<->ascii converter some years back) and outputs the object
code as a file inside a .dsk.gz image.
There are probably still some bugs in it, index registers are
particularly hairy.
Enjoy,
Andrew
