if you shove a tv tuner or a vga card with a tv encoder - although
most of the bundled software with the vga card and tv encoders wont
allow you to view fullscreen the image you are recording  - a bit naff
tv tuners do but not many support analog or digital subtitles or text
features yet - or integrate the tv encoders to work as video hardware
with any usb digital camera - saving you wasting your money on a usb
webcam which when unplugged is not a digital camera - nor do they work
with msn live messenger yahoo messenger skype icq gmail chat
silverlight or flash player - hit th eright mouse button on the flash
player video window settings webcam and try feeding the tv output of
your vga back into its tv encoder for a permanent crash ...
