How about some means that you need the hardware to work on the PC,Mac etc. 
either with hardware or a licence

Some people don't have a SAM coupe they can use. I've just got my SAM back so I 
can use it. But for years I couldn't because of space. Also It would be nice to 
program stuff on the PC that uses new hardware.
