Design and testing would obviously have to be done for Free for this project too work.. paying someone to design a system would be expensive.And not many companies would want to do such a legacy system, as they'd not see the point commercially. Also the existing operating system would need modifying to accommodate such things as USB/PS2 Keyboard/Mouse etc in order to work.
