The fault location doesn't ring any bells, though it appears DirectDraw
on Vista (or later) is emulated using GDI+.  I'll send you an updated
build to try, which also uses D3D by default so it should look much
better than the blocky software version.  I'll still see if I can
reproduce the issue using the same drivers and my similar hardware.
