You have directed this request as a list that handles only binary
packaging f samba. Your question is of a general nature and has nothing to
do with binary packaging. Please join the [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list and
ask there.

The answer to your question is that if you are running Samba-3.0.0-rc1
then the net command should have been automatically built and installed.

If you are running Samba-2.2.x groups are added through the normal UNIX
methods. Samba-2.2.x does not provide NT Groups as does Samba-3.
