smbpasswd.c
Log Message:
print error and exit if smb.conf doesn't have security=domain and
encrypt passwords=yes when joining domain.
joining will fail in the -U case if encrypt passwords is not yes and
will fail in the non -U case if security = domain is not set.
authentication will fail if both are not set after joining.
