looks like a large change don't it :-)
This allows us to send a rpc bind using the new UUID
for the lsarpc pipe seen while trying to decode the
DsRoleGetPrimaryDomainInformation() Win32 call.
Working on CR #731.
In order to enable server for support for this new UUID,
you will need to define SUPPORT_NEW_LSARPC_UUID
(see check_bind_req() for details)
