Finally (doh!) realized we need to convert from UNIX -> DOS at the point
of creating the compressed name on the wire, not in make_nmb_name (this
needs adding to HEAD/3.0 also). We also convert DOS -> UNIX when pulling
the compressed name from the wire. Only the global_myname_dos() issues
to sort out, and check the passing of browse lists from nmbd -> smbd and
I should be done with this....
