Add instructions on getting Samba news by NNTP from GMANE.org
Add recommendation *not* to subscribe to samba lists from
hotmail/yahoo, but rather to read the archives or newsgroups. We see
people bouncing every day because samba-cvs has overflowed their
mailbox. :-/
