[examples] netatalk module for VFS against HEAD

Hi all!

There is an example for VFS. 
It provides doubtful ;) operability between Samba and netatalk.
The module maintains .AppleDouble directory and its entries.
Module have no needs in any additional parameters and can
be called from general section of smb.conf.
Some VFS's fns don't supply name of file and in consequence of it
such operations as lock() and modify() haven't implemented
for netatalk module.
