compile samba 2.2 and 3.0 on HP/UX 10.20

Hi,

the current cvs tree for the samba 2.2 and 3 branch dont compile on HP/UX 
10.20.

The problem is in nss.h. The selection to HP/UX in general (#elif defind 
(HPUX) ...) is not rigth for HP/UX 10.20 ... there is no nsswitch/...!
