Hello Users,
my Samba is running fine but sometimes the
Networkpath disapears from Win-Clients.
It is absolutely not relevant if there are files
open.
The only message that hint to this Problem is the
following:
[2002/04/30 15:42:47, 5]
smbd/files.c:file_free(339)
freed files structure 9429 (0 used) [2002/04/30 15:42:47, 3] smbd/sec_ctx.c:set_sec_ctx(314) setting sec ctx (0, 0) - sec_ctx_stack_ndx = 0 [2002/04/30 15:42:47, 5] smbd/uid.c:change_to_root_user(216) change_to_root_user: now uid=(0,0) gid=(0,0) [2002/04/30 15:42:47, 3] smbd/connection.c:yield_connection(48) Yielding connection to [2002/04/30 15:42:47, 3] smbd/server.c:exit_server(492) Server exit (oplock break failure) At the time when this message was generated, I've
bin copying a folder with several files from NT to Samba.
The versions I am using is 2.2.3a and NT4,
SP6a / 2000 SP2.
I tried three different networkadapters in the
Linuxbox and two different cables.
Has anyone any idea?
Please Help...
