NetUserGetInfo

Hello,

     When we use the NetUserGetInfo against ou samba PDC, the Privilege
Field is always set to USER_PRIV_USER.
     the SAM_USER_INFO_21 doesn't hold any Privilege Field.

     How could we set the Field Privilege ?
