I'm not sure I see the need for this. I understand the ldap password sync option that would update userPassword, but that would only seem necessary if you were intending to syncrhonrize Samba & "some one object class" password. Why add userPassword to a sambaAccount object? It would seem better to keep the userPassword in another object (e.g. posixAccount) so that the synchronization would really matter.
