Long ago we started using /usr/lib/samba as the top libdir in RPM installs. VFS modules were placed in /usr/lib/samba/vfs. I placed the codepages/*.dat files in /usr/lib/samba. If people think that all libraries shsould go in a flat directory, below /usr/lib/samba/, that's fine with me. We just need to all be on the same page.
