heimdal didn't have AP_OPTS_USE_SUBKEY

Hi Jeremy,

the latest HEAD didn't not compile with heimdal on SuSE8.1

because AP_OPTS_USE_SUBKEY is not defined in the heimdal/krb5.h
only in the MIT krb5.h :-(

is it possible to fix samba that it finally compiles fine?
