Can you help me? I have downloaded samba-2.2.7a version. I have instaalled it but it does not work properly. I tried to find out what is wrong but i could not. I have followed the tests that are recommended in DIAGNOSIS.txt file. ON THE test 7 it had failed
this is the command i wrote smbclient //servername/TMP
(i gave the right servername= localhost) this is the output of the above command

added interface ip=192.168.22.193 bcast=192.168.22.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
session request to LOCALHOST failed (Not listening for calling name)
session request to *SMBSERVER failed (Not listening for calling name)
can you tell where i made a mistake?
