You could use any "normally" privileged (i.e. TMPMBX, NETMBX) account
as a guest account. If UCX err.. Compaq TCP/IP Services is installed,
UCX$NOBODY is used for NFS. On one of our machines (OpenVMS/Alpha 6.2,
UCX 4.2) it is defined as
