A short while ago there was some discussion about which filename
translation to use, the Samba specific version or ODS-5. I think I would
prefer to use ODS-5, because it will make it much easier to use files
with these names in other applications then Samba. A web server for
instance could show such a file too with the correct name. And after all
ODS-5 was also designed for a fileserver (Pathworks).
