I made a replacement for the readline.c module used by the samba client
programs. This version of smb_readline() used the VMS SMG library to provide
command line recall and will also invoke the callback function, if supplied by
the caller, every time the keyboard is idle for 5 seconds. The callback
handling makes things a little quirky, but doesn't really interfere with
entering the commands.
