Can rsync be run so that the destination dir is a mounted Windows share. In this case I have a redhat 7.2 box mounting a Win2k share, then rsync with the destination set to the Windows machine.
It sortof works, complaining about chmod and chown not working, but more importantly fails to copy some files in some subdirs. Any ideas? My goal is to use the Win2k box as an archive machine, storing backups of critical dirs from the RedHat machine. /r __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
