Kenny,

smbfs is probably what you are looking for, but it is not supported by the 
kernel in Solaris. 

The options that I know of are:
1. Use Sharity (http://www.obdev.at/products/sharity/index.html)
2. Make  Win2k export the directories via NFS
3. Set up a Linux box, mount the Share, then export the directory via NFS, 
then you can mount it in Solaris.
