I recently installed Samba 2.2.4 precompiled for Solaris 2.8 (Sparc). I have a user on the samba server as group "adm" admins. This logon works to login to the Windows 2K server on the domain. If I change the group ID of the user to staff (our standard user group) then the user still authenticates but the Windows pop up box states: "You do not have Access to logon to this session"
