Hi all, I am trying to connect to an NT share. Everything works perfectly on my workstation but I get the following error on my server:
bind succeeded on port 0 wins_srv_died(): WINS server 130.253.166.42 appears to be down. 14576: Connection to Fac-Staff failed I think it has something to do with my firewall but have tried everything and it still doesn't seem to work. Here is the line I enter smbmount //Fac-Staff/tansley$ /home/tomansley/law_share/ -o username=LAW\\tansley,password=realpassword Any ideas?
