Have you tried wbinfo -A Administrator%password
Which gives Winbind a username to connect to the PDC with..
Have you checked the permissions for the home directory?
chmod 700 directory/, chown DOMAIN+User directory/ , chown :'DOMAIN+Domain
Users' directory/
