What do you mean by can't print? Access denied? Gobbeldy-gook? Nothing happens?
Is there anything of interest in samba's logs? In RH installed from RPM they should be in /var/log/samba. What version of samba are you running? 2.2.6 has fixed a lot of print bugs.
