Greetings,

I'm trying to make a Samba RPM with custom options. When I try to compile it, I get this at the end:

+ /bin/chmod -Rf a+rX,g-w,o-w .
+
: command not found367:
error: Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.50367 (%prep)

RPM build errors:
Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.50367 (%prep)
Done.

I did note on the list that I should change makerpms.sh and replace rpm with rpmbuild.  Still not luck.

I have tried all sorts of way to build this with the same result.

The alternative would be to just use a normal RPM for Redhat 7.2 but I don’t know if I can define options (i.e. –with-ldapsam) when I install.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Micah
