As these are microsofties, there is mixed case and white space all over the place. Will this have the desired effect? case sensitive = no preserve case = no short preserve case = no I'm seeing noticeable degraded performance when swapping from the old server, with samba 3.0.22, to a new server with double the memory, 50% more horsepower and 30% faster disks, running 3.2.5. Any suggestions will be gratefully received.
