EHLO! When I configured samba, I was new to samba and firewalls. My problem was not covered in diagnosis file, but probably may be quite common. I'd add a following step to diagnosis file:
- Check whether you have DENY entries in /var/log/messages when you try to log in. - if so, add required ACCEPT entries, or remove blocking DENY entries from firewall. -- ____\___\___ (_(\|,|_|,|_ Gassho!
