Thanks Lynn, and Michele I will try to get this done. I'm a bit of a newb so I can't see myself posting back right away. I have set up my linux box with a software RAID so I have to go research the repercussions on my file system when I change the fstab file

Once I mounted the the filesystem with those options, it worked perfectly. Just remember, that any folders that were created may not have the new attributes unless you re-create them or re-acl them.
