Hai, Which version of samba are your running, the debian stable version? if not, try the 2.6.39 kernel from backports.
vi /etc/apt/sources.list.d/debian-backports.list add : deb http://backports.debian.org/debian-backports squeeze-backports main apt-get update apt-get install -t squeeze-backports linux-image-2.6.39-bpo.2-amd64 and check again if the error is there.
