I answer to myself, if that can eventually help any of you.
If you use the Windows 7/ 2008 admin console, you'll be able to use the
windows 7 / 2008 policies and GPOs.
If you installed the admin console on windows XP/2003, you'll
unfortunately be limited to the xp/2003 policies and GPOs.
Quite logic, isn't it?
So if your domain contain at least one windows 7, the best choice is
probably to install the console on a windows 7.
