Here is an update. Freshly re-formatted machine with Win7 installed was joined domain and it again got corrupted. 2 of the machines which were running fine till yesterday after restoration have refused to start this morning. Although my suspicion is on AppData folder, I can not logically agree to it that user's profile data can cause this kind of an issue. Any guidance on this please.
