The basic command is:
cat file | smbclient //server/share -c 'print -'
Note: smbclient doesn't need samba running to work.

The things you need to arrange in this setting are:
1. Getting the file filtered on the samba box before it is sent to the
windows printer.
2. Taking care of any password stuff in the smbclient command.

Once you have this working, you can then explore getting this command put
into a print filter on the linux box and set it up to work with lpr.
