[Samba] minor man page update (2.2.8)

Just a friendly note about a minor man page update to the smb.conf in 
2.2.8 (and beyond I would assume).  The variable substitution %a now 
substitutes in WinXP as well as the documented Samba, WfWg, Win95, 
WinNT, and Win2k substitutions.
