I would suggest a bit over 2TB of disk space then :-) Seriously, have a look at the NAS devices (many based on Linux) that will do exactly what you want. Spec them out, and that will give you some idea what these people think you would need, even if you don't end up using them. The other thing that will be important in your decision is if you will be moving your PDCs at the same time.
