The feature people would miss most would probably be group policies. We have good single-sign-on facilities, and good integration with Unix. Management tools exist, but you can't use the all the Microsoft tools in quite the way you could with native AD. Most of the rest we can do with the NT4 protocols, which seem to work quite well.
