I am not quite use how to do this. I shared a drive in my win2000 box,
and performed the following in my linux box :
smbclient -W workgroup -U [username] -L [machine nmb_name]
and i get the following result when input the password :
session setup failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_TYPE_NOT_GRANTED
but when use all caps for password I get :
session setup failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE
so my question is, where did I go wrong. Did I not ticker something in
Windows' side or Linux side. Oh by the way, I am using
PLAINTEXTPASSWORD = 0x1.
