However, you can't specify DC's of trusted domains. In that case we do a lookup (using DNS if it is a native mode AD trusted domain or netbios lookups otherwise) and then try to match a DC one our subnet. see libsmb/namequery_dc.c:get_dc_name() for details. cheers, jerry ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Hewlett-Packard ------------------------- http://www.hp.com SAMBA Team ---------------------- http://www.samba.org GnuPG Key ---- http://www.plainjoe.org/gpg_public.asc "You can never go home again, Oatman, but I guess you can shop there." --John Cusack - "Grosse Point Blank" (1997) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.1 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://quantumlab.net/pine_privacy_guard/ iD8DBQE/Mz8hIR7qMdg1EfYRAofyAKC2svVJvfU/auiqEAUUYoRWNtiowgCaA+AS ZRxSYlvZ/WHAQeLbBvuKzbk= =P1In -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: http://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba
